Story changes

The Lone Wanderer is now the Young Lone Wanderer, a child-aged vault resident.

Changes in the chronological progression of time during the Vault 101 sequence have been made to accommodate the Young Lone Wanderer's age.

Birth

A new title card, "Nine Weeks Later", has been added to the transition between the G.O.A.T. and Escape stages of the Vault 101 sequence.
The G.O.A.T. is no longer just for 16 year olds. The relevant loading screen plaque is modified to omit this information.

All of the Young Lone Wanderer's classmates remain children throughout the entirety of the game.

Dialogue modifications, including audio edits/splices

Dad does not refer to the Young Lone Wanderer's age, whether inside or outside the Vault. He does not make mention of how much time has passed since his last work on Project Purity.

No one mentions that the GOAT is for 16 year olds.

Kids in Little Lamplight no longer refer to the Young Lone Wanderer as a "mungo".
